    Can anyone give me info on pulling containers out of Philadelphia
    mainly for maersk or Msc, I'm Close to the dock next to the Walt whitman bridge
    who could I contact?

    if youre independent , the steam ship lines. But the SS lines want you to have more than a few trucks and offer crappy rates as they sell volume.

    There is some daily posts on craigslist. Just be ready to spend 3 or 4hrs waiting for your load every day.

    The turn times in Phila are that long? They seem to be a little better up here in NJ/NY, about 1 - 1 1/2 hour, sometimes quicker. Any one have any comments on the piers lately. Also, the rates seem to have gotten a little better.
