advise on how to get paid for a load

    I know been a long time since I hauled this load back in 9/28/09 of pumpkins and was never paid for . was a broker out of Farmington ,Arkansas H B logistics llc I know the name of the broker and have seen ther out of business on brokerage they ripped off a lot of us that hauled pumpkins so every year at pumpkin time it enters my mind thanks for any advice

    Yup, chalk it up as a loss. You might be able to sell it to a bill collector for 25% of the value. But since you already know the broker is out of business, the bill collector may be able to come back on you for time spent plus repayment interest. Just move on and forget about it.
