    He's pulling your loads, so, are you dispatching him also ? If you pay him higher percentage, you do get some of it back in trailer rental, right ?

    i would say 80% on the low end and no more then 85%

    You ned 20% to make it work. At least. It's not worth it for anything less. You are supplying the work. That's worth 10% The use of your numbers is worth at least 3-5% and the billing is worth 5%. Remember you are responsible for paying this company within 14 days of the bills being in your hands. That's LAW. So do the math. It's not worth any less than 20% and 25% if he is usuing your trailer.

    What's the truck going to gross per week average ?

    it really depends on the rates I would say based off what i do I gross about $5,000 to $7000 a week so figuring the $5000 a week after a 30% cut based off the 70% for load comes out to $3500 per week gross to the driver so driver could net around $1500 a week about twice what a company driver gets
