Just got my new Authority a week ago and just got 30 minute break violation!!

I wouldn't sweat it. Just be a little more careful now on. Maybe look into the Eclipse log book program or something along those lines that help you remember this stuff and reduce form errors

England Logistics won't work with you if you have a log violation within the last 3 months.

 

Suck it up and move on, lesson learned.

After I started driving I made a math mistake and only had 9.5 hours off and was put out of service for 10 hours 30 miles for home. I was driving our 5500 at the time so I dropped the trailer and went home. I was more tired when I went back to get the trailer at 10 pm than I was when put out of service. Some things just do not make sense.

 

England will fire their own drivers with 2 violations in 3 months ...

It was in their carrier packet. Only reason I remembered it is because it seemed strange at the time, and even more odd when 1 week later they wanted me to do a team run as a solo. Still haven't done a load for them...

 

I've done a few loads for them. Mostly military and paid very well. One load was an ambulance back to my home town. The National Guard was slimming down in Arizona and they were giving away a bunch of them. I got to my town maybe 2am and was at our Town Dock. It's at the dump but available for anyone. I wasn't going to do anything but I got bored so I unloaded it. Then I drove it to the fire station unregistered. I felt like an outlaw.

Got to the station and was going to turn on the flashy lights but everything went on. I was freaking out. Two firemen came out, the rest were asleep. They were checking it out. It was full and ready to go with oxygen, drugs, needles and everything else. I have a feeling I should not have been hauling it stocked up with that stuff.

 

Must just be for new sign ups because even after my couple of BS "fatigued driving" form and manner violations they still called me all the time.
