Are you looking for a new insurance agency or insurance company? If you are happy with the ins company and not the agency then just find a new insurance agency and transfer your policy over to them. As for getting quotes make sure you have all your ducks in a row....by that I mean have an Excel spreadsheet with Driver names, License numbers, Date of Birth another spreadsheet with your equipment list including values, VIN numbers, make, model, etc...and have a copy of your currently valued loss runs. It makes life so much easier to get a quote that way and presents a good polished image to an underwriter while a good agent is trying to get you the best possible deal.

The insurance trucking market is what we call "hard" at this time. Unless you are being non-renewed, or can't get loads because of the Best's rating for your current carrier you might just want to consider staying where you are.

Like Marlin said if you are wanting to just change your representative, find someone you trust and give them a Broker of Record letter so they can access your current carrier.

We write a LOT of trucking business and rates/premiums are going up in most territories.

I'm good with the company, and we don't have problems getting loads it's just very poor customer service from the agent.

My last agent we had was a total di he would bragged to me after renewal about how he was going to get to eat steaks for the next year off me he even called me names and was rude to everyone that called for a certificate, call TCL insurance in Nacogdoches, TX they not only beat everyone else's price but are super friendly and never in a rush to get you off the phone, you can also do your own certificates online 24/7 hope this helps
