Detroit Diesel Electronic Control In cab Control Question

So heres the issue,95 International Eagle Diesel Detroit Elecontronic Control in cab,
Im wondering if any Owner Op have the same setup,i would like to replace this with a new one,but not sure who would have it,

I contacted the International Dealership & Detroit Dealership in my state and all i got was they dont make it any more,because if the year of the truck.

Ive had truck for a while now,guy i got the truck from said it never worked.
Since im home for the holidays and have time off to investigate ,i will be looking to see if this has any fuses or relays,but i believe it runs straight to the motor,i popped the hood and looked and i believe that is confirmed, i see the computer sittin on side of motor.

Im not sure if runs directly to battery,i doubt it but i am sure it ties in to the other power sources that does run to battery,ive split the cables and looked at em and cant find it.

If anybody has any insight on where to get a new one or possibly where to send this off to get this one rebuilt,i would love to have this baby working.

Soooo let me get this right, Over 124 views all these aTRUCK DRIVERS/STEERINGWHEELHOLDERS/BACKSEAT MECHANICS and NoooooooBody ever had this problem huh,Wow i feel lucky!!
