Standard Chicago Intermodal Drayage Rates

Hello Experts,

I represent a very small trucking firm based in the Chicago area, that was recently approved to haul intermodal drayage loads via UIIA. Several equipment providers have asked me for our rates, so my question is this: Are there Standard Intermodal Drayage Rates for the Chicago Area? And if so, where can I obtain them?
