    Did a load for a broker jan 6 2015,delivered the load no issues whatsover,called the broker a week ago asking why i didnt get a check he said the check its going on the mail the very same day but still no check yet.what should i do next to collect my money?how do i file against the broker bond?its not a huge amount but i feel like i've been violated.any help is appreciated.

    file on his bond ASAP,, when ever you are not paid as agreed file on Bonds ASAP,,don't worry about making the broker mad,,if they have not paid as agreed in your contract with broker, they breached the agreement and if they broke the contract and are not paying as agreed in the broker contract you never want to haul for them again anyway.call the bonding company and go after your money, then since the broker violated the terms of the contract go after the shipper for their freight direct, finallt tell all the world who the broker is, Years ago I used to post notices in truckstops about bad brokers,,
