    Hello,

I apologize in advance if this question has been asked a million times before, but what do you recommend for software? We need something to track IFTA and something for general book keeping purposes. Money in/ money out, basically. We have never run a truck company before, but I want to save us some headaches at tax time and at the end of each quarter. What is the simplest software that gets the job done? Thanks in advance for any help.

Forget software for 1 truck, do it the old fashion way so you truly understand it. What's he gonna run 50 loads a quarter? Get a gps and download it often. Many jurisdictions require you to input the miles and fuel by state data online anyway.

Money ledgers has a decent program for $100.00 you can get ifta and book keeping. It does require excell. It is a little basic, be sure to watch the tutorials.
I am now probably going to purchase truckn pro. I can track each trip better. However I think I still like the money ledgers ifta better.
