Of course they will stand behind there work. This is probably being watched by thousands in the industry. Not standing behind their work with the industry eye on them is crazy.Thats the difference between KR and the little guy.He has thousands of mindless drones following his every word. All he would have to do is say PP is "fill in the blank with whatever" and PP's business takes a huge hit.You getting a raw deal from PP and if you're lucky a few guys on here and maybe some of your friends hear about it.On here you'll have a whole group telling you how its your fault and PP would never do you wrong.
*Just to make myself clear when I say mindless drone I'm talking about the drivers who take everything he says as gospel and go buy anything he recommends simply because he recommends it.He may recommend some products that work but to not do your own research and just add parts because he said to makes you a mindless dronepowerhousescott, nofilter, Dale thompson and 2 others Thank this. -
Sounds like they should have put a bit more effort / concern in building the engine instead of worrying about painting it to match the truck colour

The measurements for the liner seating/protrusion are very troubling, especially if these were the measurements as assembled (as the FB post implies).
The FB post ended with... "The block was counter bored to receive the large inserts so the block was properly prepared to accept the inserts."
Not certain who wrote that, but the word "properly" contradicts... actual measurements.
I'm also very curious to see the corrosion effects on the interface between liner and counter-bore area.Last edited: Mar 7, 2015

I listened to his show today (XM) and he said Sundays show will cover this. Personally, I hope he and his guests will face this issue head on.

Never dealt with PP. I have heard mixed opinions of them in the past but that's probably the case with any shop. Unfortunately for them this is the wrong truck to have fubar. They would be foolish to not stand behind it 100 percent and then some
