    Did you pay with your CC? If you did, call your CC company and tell them that you did not get what was agreed on. You want your money back. I have never had any problem getting my money back when I filed a claim on a charge.

    They did send an email, that a check with this amount is on the way. I will wait a few days for the check, no check - I will file claim with the CC.

    this does not pass the smell test IF you pay with a credit card you get refunded on the card when you pay by check or cash then you get a refund by check
