    Never seen loyal Peeps. Personally, I don't like Peeps, but the wife likes the yellow ones. Pink is also good, she says.

    I guess the question should be why should a driver be loyal to you? What happens to a driver that makes a mistake, big or small, at most companies big or small? They get their ##### handed to them. Usually the driver gets shafted in those situations...so no, very little loyalty out their for good reason. Now, I am not saying every company is like that, and I am not saying your company is life that...but these are the dynamics of the relationship.

    So, my question is....why is everyone walking away from your company? Obviously, there is something going on to make them leave...why don't you approach it from that direction? If you were the driver and I was the company, and all things are the same...would you stay and work for me? If so, why? If not, why not?
