camaro was at fault, but the pickup is the reason it happened.

I hope that if I was in that situation perhaps I would have the presence of mind to see what was going on and back out of it or brake to get away from both of them.

We share the road with all sorts of jerks and morons, it's good if an accident isn't my fault. It's better if I can find a way to avoid them alltogether.

How is the truck driver supposed to know that the camaro driver would have been stupid enough to pass on the median and lose control? It also looks like the driver tryed to back off more than once but the D***head in the pickup slowed too. Both fourwheelers are at fault and the big truck got screwed.

Yeah, he did know. He knew that idiot in the pickup was using him for a rolling roadblock. No he isn't at fault, but I would have wanted my Truckin arse completely out of the equation. You lose money and time any time you are involved with stupidity.

It was the dispatcher of that covered wagons fault. See that driver had been sent to a location to make a pickup that canceled and was now deadheading to a new location per dispatch to pickup. If dispatch would have had their stuff together he would have never been there in the first place to be hit by the Idiot. :biggrin_2557:

Hmm. Possibly we could trace this back to a broker or shipping clerk.
