 Hauling chips or rock in ARK Wife getting a job in Ark. so i guess my present deal in Florida will be ending.ive read about chip hauling on some of the threads and figured this would be a good place to start.at this time i own 3 trucks and 1 trailer. a 1995 fld120 condo,1988 int day cab,and 2003 columbia. the trailer is a 32 tibrook end dump. would like to keep the 3 trucks and hire drivers.but if theres not enough work ill sell two and keep driving 1. any help with contacts would be appreciated. Ps. im not asking for your customers names. just an idea of companys who use o/o. thanks Walt

| I heard a company on XM's open road channel that is based in Arkansas that was looking for dry bulk owner operators. But I can't tell you because this forum would say I was advertising. So best of luck. |

| You should talk with pete379X. he runs dump box in Arkansas. Somewhere around hot springs. He may have some Ideas. I spent last night BS's with an owner op leased to Oakley trans in North Little rock. he was pulling a hopper bottom trailer and it seemed like a pretty decent gig. Ueasy unloads at the very least! lol CHips you will be running overweight most the time and they don't pay fel surcharges in most cases so you have to make sure the rate pays for fuel increases in the near future |

| You can give names you just can't post links. although if you are new it's best to not draw attention right off the bat like that. The guy I was talking to was pulling a company trailer. but he did mention they had bulk tankers too. |

| He will see the post when he gets online. I just was checking out the website for Bruce Oakley inc. They have a 5 year truck age restriction. I hate that. |

| I saw that but if you need to be approvd for a 6 year old truck there is no way they will go for a 22 year old truck |
