| No.... Nevada and Wyoming are considered the best. With you being in FL though, I would just go with a FL corp... No corporate taxes (Sub S) and you don't need to pay for a servicing company. BTW, Delaware is great if you are a large corporation (Fortune 1000) in the NE |

| The reason why people like NV and WY is because of their LACK of fees. WY in particular because they don't even have too many requirements on directors, minutes and so forth. I personally prefer to have the corporation in my home state, and I live in NY! Many rules involving loans and grants that are easier to obtain when you are incorporated in the state you are applying in. |
