Any good places for an O/O in Ohio??

I am currently leased onto a company that hasn't been getting me enough loads.. I have also decided to put a driver in my truck and get a new job as a freight forwarding agent. I am looking for a good company to lease onto that can have my truck out and running!!

I've always thought Ohio freight kinda sucks. But on the bright side, you have I-80 running through it. Said prospective company need not be based in Ohio, no ?
