Apparently there isn't any oil under my land or else there would be. There are wells scattered all around me in this county.

I used to haul crude oil................ I don't have a problem with the production.

Let's get real.

China, India, Russia and Brazil are "developing" and they won't be denied. America is the most inefficient country on this planet. There are no "massive" oil reserves left to develop in North America. The most efficient way to transport passengers and freight, is by rail. In America, the thing that matters most, is corporate profit. There is only one reason why America is the worlds only "superpower", and that is because we are the only "first-world", industrialized country that does NOT provide comprehensive, universal health care to it's citizens. And I believe that Washington has forgotten what it's like to have a million people demonstrating in their front yard. Let the revolution begin.

The main reason we don't have universal health care......we're too busy treating people from the ""Sophisticated" countries that have it.....and it sucks.....Just ask them.....while they are standing in line....waiting for an X-ray for 6 weeks.

Not to mention.....the aforementioned countries have NATIONAL fuel prices set by the government.....and that keeps their fuel prices artificially low.

Why don't you pack up and move? All you liberal crybabies want to blame all the world's problems on the USA......We have cut consumption by 500,000 barrels a day.....but, China and India aren't even trying to cut usage.....they don't have the Enviro-Nazi's controlling their governments. And you're crazy to deny the truth that we are sitting on more oil than all the Middle Eastern countries COMBINED!!!

You need to get real.....and get informed!

Ya, there developing alright. With our money buying stuff made from corporations who abandoned their own country, the USA, to pay slave wages, in the countries you mention.

Dont get confused here. You can be a conservationist without being an
eco-terrorist. I love the great outdoors but that does not mean that I am
willing to allow our country to commit economic suicide (and the eco-terrorists are quite willing to allow this to happen) to save the snail darter.
