Best Dang Job Ever I have been an O/O for around 5 years (and OTR since May) I have to say despite all of the work (and some of the B.S.), Arranging loads; Dealing with DOT/CHP (I have two inspection lined up the week after next); Dealing with weather; Dealing with schedules; Being away from home; I have the best job around. I have an office with a dynamic view I get to watch all of the boneheaded 4 wheelers play their games and get caught by Smoky too I get to meet great people in all of those small towns (I'm Jealous) who are just plain nice.
