This may not be for everyone but what My wife and I have is a "S" Corporation [LINK POSTED BY MEMBER] Only Members Can View This Truck Forum Link.

We also use Quickbooks ( back-ups are sent monthly to our accountant) for billing, tracking fuel, mileage, taxes ect,...
What I do suggest is that unless you are familiar with the tax codes which btw, are superseded or altered every year, is to use an accountant who is familiar with trucking. Becoming incorporated cuts down on your "exposure" but nothing can save you from the IRS if you omit or forget to file properly, or file the right forms.
