Accountant info

I live in NE/FL and need to speak to an accountant familiar with the trucking industry. Can anyone suggest one that they trust? Thanks

Met with a local CPA and I think I have found my guy. He used to work for the IRS and hates them. He has several truckers that he handles and he drove a truck for a short time. He gave me a list of deductions for truckers that he has defended and won with the IRS. The funniest one is "Lot Lizzard Repellant" I kid you not and its tax deductable. hahahahaha Thanks for the info. I am going to try to scan the listing he gave me and post it ASAP.

5mouthstofeed,

The CPA I'm using is out of Omaha and he used to be the CFO at HTL in Council Bluffs,Ia.
His name is Mark Swanson, I haven't been with him long, but him and his staff have been both knowledgable and helpful. You can even access your monthly financial statements online.
Check him out Google Mark Swanson CPA
