| Watermelon Load I recently hauled a load of watermelon from South Texas to Chicago and when unloading we noticed some of the bottom corrugated containers were damaged and broker wants to deduct $400 dollars after I told him that none of the product was damaged. What do I do? Should I allow him to deduct? Do these corrugated containers have a certain life expectancy? Are these containers designed that have another pallet stacked on top? Please help |

There is no such thing as a "BACK-HAUL" everything has a start and stop point, If it needs to be moved then it is a load, period. Insurance, tires, fuel,etc... aren't any cheaper heading towards your home than they are going away. BACKHAUL is BS. |
