Help in Oklahoma!!!!

I am an owner of 2 truck. One I dispatch locally and keep it moving. The other one I am currently leased to a local company hauling flatbed, last week my check was 97.00, and I cant say that my driver made much more. Over 1200 loaded miles! I cannot keep doing this.

I would run it along with my other truck but there is not enough work, and I maintain a full time job myself.

I am looking for another company to lease with but I need some suggestions. My driver would like to run regional runs only, or even dedicated and have some home time. I need to make some $$$ for the payment and break down fund. I would really appreciated any insite some of you may have! Thanks

Landstar, Mercer, Ace Doran, Warren are just a few of MANY that come to mind.

You might check w/GreatWide. Have a friend who runs skateboard w them and is doing pretty good. They aren;t the best. They also have a lot of box freight for wallyworld and others. Mercer is a good company, but don't know about just running reg w// them. Plus they are pretty tough about violations and such. Friend w/ Greatwide/Dallas/Mavis tried to get on w/Landstar, Mercer and a few others but had too many speeding tickets so he has to wait a couple of years. Greatwide took him no questions except preventables and drug violations. Good luck.

What kinds of freight does Fike have? Van, reefer, flat or anything?
