oh by the way... Do you have any idea how hard it is to add a gallon of oil to a truck that's running and has an engine fan that runs all the time???

Well it looks like I have to drag this trailer home. Or at least to the grand prairie yard. If I turn it in now they tell me it could take weeks to find a new one. New hires go first on the list and it took me 4 days to get mine as a new hire. I was hoping to be able to bobtail home and get a trailer up in IA when I picup the new truck but it now looks like i'll have to bobtail back to TX to get my trailer. more friggin money
Good luck getting home, Al.. Let a new era begin..

Start looking before you get there for a power only load and start bugging trailer utilization for a trailer up there and just switch. Start getting the paperwork going on your new truck ASAP. You may not be aware of this but paperwork at landstar takes awhile

Congratulations on your choice. You will have the best of both worlds, a reliable working truck and Blue sitting in the yard to be worked on when time and finances permit.

Are you still here? Or have you hit the road yet? Sorry you couldn't get rid of the trailer, just talk real sweet to Blue and think positively.
