no they are not the same. those loads may be on our board too but the is a whole lot more. I don't know what type of trailer you want to pull but I just looked up loads out of NC and the first two loads are for double drops to utah , the next two are for a flat bed and a step deck to NH , the next one is a flat for cheap!(there is ore of those then I like to admit) there is quite a few van loads to MIami , and believe it or not right now there is a fair amount of loads coming out of florida. looking for vented vans so i'm sure its produce of some sort.

if ya PM me where ya live what trl you want to run I can look more for you. I will admitt ALLOT of freight from FL all the way up to you goes up east though. and there is NOTHING coming out of there.

I don't want to post rates but I'll pm them to you

Those loads out of Florida are Potatoes Al. They are probably listed as Hastings,Fl to NY,NC,GA,and TN right? They pay by weight and if I remember right, the posted pay is based on 44,500 lbs of spuds.

They don't pay NEAR as good as they once did. Landstar lost that contract a few years back to CHRW and now what LS posts is actually double brokered from CHRW.

If you want some good paying LS "produce runs" let me know. I will give you an agent to contact for some loads out of Fl and Ga going north that never used to hit the board. They pay well also.

there is a good bit of reefer work down there too. Seems landstar has been beefing up the reefer count as there is a fair number of loads on the board

Well, now is starting to get into the timeframe of when you WANT to be in Flowda with a LS vented van. They haul alot of them spuds loads and alot of Melons. Melons are probably just starting out of the western parts of Flowda and the spuds are just winding down out of the Eastern part of the state.

I'm an old tater hauler from way back. I'll pull spuds all week long for $2mi. it could be better but beggers cant be choosers. Ol blue is fairly light and once I get the 400 pounds of 1/4" plate cut off her belly from the old overhead car rack she'll be even leaner.

BT I'll make updates, probably not rates though. Mabey net profits or losses

there is mellons. tons of spuds to NJ and New york..... no thinks. A ton of it to canada too. But there is also a fair amount to IN, OH, and NC

Good luck to you. I was scared out of my mind when I leased on almost six years ago. It will take you a little while to get the hang of it but you should do ok if you are smart about it.
