yes i'm pulling a van.

my tires on the front drive axle are old steer tires and two of them on one side are severley cupped. it started out as a minor vibration at 55mph. now its minor at 70 but nasty at 55.
it's kind of a ow frequency, osciliating vibration. I'm worried about it being in the driveline somewhere. I had one u joint that I found the caps loose on before I left. I tightened them but they may have loosened up. whoever replaced the joint didn't use the lock tabs

Good Luck MM
If you can shake that black cloud you drag around you should be fine.
You've got 5" of fuel?
If all else fails you should end up with 10"

I must already be successful then, I've already got 12"

incase anyone wonders why i'm measuring my fuel in inches it's because my fuel gauge hits empty at half a tank so below that I have to stick it

I've been in lots of trucks where the fuel gauge does not work properly so it's not
only you AL. Oh and the trucks weren't that old either.

I was just out there. u joint seems tight but I didn't crawl under. it may be junk because I had driven it to Louisianna and back before I noticed it loose.

there is a fair chance it's my transmision too. When I put it in nutral and let the engine idle it still vibrates but it could still be in the rear section.

Buy you own trailer, I assume you pull a van, a $8000 trailer will make money, you don't need new.

Good Luck

Back in 05 and 06 when freight was good/great you could pre book with no issues. Once I had pre booked 3 weeks out. Each load for good money.
In 07 by the time I sold my truck it was a challenge then, I can't imagine it now.

GOOD LUCK MM. I wish you all the best.

Keep fiddling with the load alerts, in time you'll figure out how to get called on less BS loads and taylor it to your liking.
