The place I got my truck from has one of werners 06 classic shakers on the lot. I was trying to get them t get me one oftheir 379 petes. No luck so far but I'll keep trying. At least they arr toying with the classics now. When I bought mine I was told flat out no, they wouldn't sell them
were you loading fresh chickens? it always took a long time getting loaded with them back when i hauled those nasty things, an had to get washed out every time then get the smell out.

To Insure Proper Service... The people who work in the service industry are almost like independent contractors. They work for Tips and the law only requires that they receive a sufficient hourly rate to pay their taxes and other withholding. Uncle Sam has got to get his.

On the other hand, they never have to worry about performance reviews... they get one from every customer.

15% for a food server is sufficient for good and adequate service anything in addition to that is superfluous and I am a rabid over tipper. I've dated too many waitresses and perhaps have a weak spot for them.

Other service have other rates... Valets (car and hotel/resort), cleaning personnel, etc.. The only time you should plan on not tipping is if it is an "all inclusive" event; because the tip was planned into the purchase price or a valet service that charges a flat 'tip' rate... if they want to tell me what to 'tip' then I won't argue the point.

There is a whole butt load of information on tipping and what is adequate and what isn't.

Tipping is a sore spot with a lot of people, if tipping doesn't feel right... then don't put yourself in a position to be served by someone working in a service industry You don't want to work for free either, I'm guessing.

Rooster, you have said that much better than I could have. Thank you for the well thought out post.

I felt bad taking a samich from a young man with less money than me.
At the same time I knew he'd feel bad if I didn't let him buy, I could tell that was what he wanted to do in the worst way.
No reason to feel bad, Paul. He really wanted to do it. Besides, he doesn't have a girlfriend right now so he usually has more money in his pocket than I do!
