Your sides look at least 72 inches. Get a tape measure and measure them. I bought an extra crank handle at Timpte. My trailer is a Timpte. Not sure what type crank a peerless takes. Same with the vibrators, not sure what type vibrator a peerless would take. Probably just check out some trailer dealers to find some.

Pullingtrucker was making me think. I am fanatic about making sure my trap rollers are in good condition. Too many of them go out and its a bear to open the trap. Pullingtrucker had some good ideas. I too use a rubber mallet but usually only use it if it was raining when I loaded. Need to bang it to get all of it out when unloading because it sticks to the floor and sides

Who did you pull for out of Hutchinson? That's where I'm at. I doubt it pays any better now.

The cranks I think are universal. Everywhere I go that has one sitting there fits just fine.

I'll have to do some net research. The only dealers around here seem to be dry and reefer and flat guys.

Alot of the drivers here in SOuth Central MN are hauling last years corn to the ethanol plants right now. As of now things are looking good and with a bit of rain we will do fine. Right now Im out hauling water and chemicals for spraying weeds. NIce job being that I get paid hourly and home every night. I did hear a rumor though that Werner bought about 3,000 Hoppers. Wether its true or not Im not sure but Its something to watch fo. Even though Werner was never in that buisiness they could be underbidding smaller companies for the jobs. Its tough the way it is. Good luck to you guys.

    Thanks

Hopefully just rumor don't need that kind of competition. There has been some oil haulers around here buying some hoppers. Use them when oil slows down. Actually now I think about it were gasoline and propane haulers.

I worked for Brull Trucking and Harvesting. When mainly ran out of Nickerson and their associated co-ops back into Hutchinson. Like I said earlier I did a lot (almost all) the wheat midd loads with a load of salt thrown in here and there. I really miss running out there. I had a lot of fun, but right now I make more money running short hops on the east coast with a dry van. Has the lines at Farmland gotten any better? I can remember sitting out on the street with the parking lot full of trucks three rows deep. My TV got a lot of use during those days. And don't even get me started about the rail dump on the oppsite side of the elevator...

Well, Brull is still there and the lines are the same during harvest. I doubt the rates are any better than when you were here. Brull goes through drivers now like crazy probably because of rates
