Even though they do accept students right out of school, I don't think the perception of them as a starter company is accurate. I haven't looked it up but I would assume that their turnover rate is significantly lower than the industry average.

Yea i had to wait for weeks for a jobs to open up with my area but ive talked to a recruiter yesterday and she said i have a phone interveiw today
