Important Truckers Forum Notice!

Biodiesel & Alternative Fuels Forum This is a forum to discuss bio-diesel and other kinds of alternative fuels. We think bio-diesel is the next revolution as Hydrogen costs too much to make and putting food (Ethanol) in your tank is not feasible and will cause food prices to skyrocket. What say you on bio-diesel? Should we start this bio-diesel revolution and kick it into high gear?

Honda Civic Hybrid

One of our cars had broken down and the garage send us this car for replacement:

This car uses less fuel then a normal car, thanks to the hybrid engine inside. Also, when you're stopping the car and holds the brake, the engine shuts down. When you let go the brake the engine automatically starts again so you can drive away easily and fast. This was a whole new expierence for me, haha. I don't know if this car is availible in the US??

Here you can find more information about this car: [LINK POSTED BY MEMBER] Only Members Can View This Truck Forum Link. (My english isn't that good to tell you all details about this car)

I think cars like these are also a good alternative for the rising fuel prises and other problems. What do you think of this milieu efficient car??

A buddy of mine has one of these, although it's the US version. He commutes a lot for his job and loves it.
