Passed 'em. Yup uh-huh. Missed six total questions on six tests. I felt like I was taking a book to the cubicle with me, I had so many tests in my hand.

I PASSED 'EM!

I now have my Class A Permit. Tomorrow it's off to the C.R. England yard to begin training re: Pre-trip inspections and an introduction to backing.

Well today went much smoother than yesterday, right out of the gate. Everyone going in the right direction from the hotel to either school or to company Orientation.



Today we studied for the CDL tests we're going to take at the DMV tomorrow. I'll have to take six:

• General Knowledge
• Combination Vehicles (Class A)
• Air Brakes
• Hazmat
• Class C
• Class M

Not to blow my own horn, but I aced the practice tests for the first four on the list above. I've read the ...

I have installed a new PTO On my 06 Volvo automatic alliston trans 12 speed. I have spent over 10,000 try to get this to work ...The PTO is shutting off after 5 min. of run time. Does anyone know what could be the problem have you experienced this before. Volvo has spent over 20 hours on it they put a new computer in it for the transmission and guess what?? it still doing the exact same thing. The only thing is I am now $5,000 poorer. I have not turned a tire for over a week. If anyone out there ...

So today was my first day of school, at Premier in Mira Loma. Out of the gate, let me say I'm going to be driving for CRST, or at least I hope to be.

Day One didn't get off to the greatest start. When I showed up to get on the bus to school, my name was not on the driver's list. It seems CRST uses at least two schools; Premier and Advanced School of Driving. There were three vans at the hotel this morning, and no driver could tell me where I should be going, and my recruiter certainly ...

In September of 2010, I landed a local gig delivering tires in south GA/north FL. Great pay, home every night, and working 4 days a week driving a single axle 06 Freightliner Columbia daycab with a single axle pup trailer. Sounds good right?
