I'm new here and in school to get my CDL now. Any tips for beginers?
Can anyone give us some advice, we have our own authority ,but have been contracting with a local company. NOw we want to step out and go over the road. Can you tell us what is a freight factoring company, how do they work to get us paid. do we need one? or whatever information we might need to know for loads, payments, and brokers? thanks deanna

On May 23 2011 I start orientation with Prime as a D seat driver. after three months of research. Prime seems to have more pros than cons (My Opinion) . I know every company has their faults. I am wondering what to expect in the first week of orientation? And what to expect when they assign you a trainer. I have little driving experience I was a mechanic for CRST back in 2007.
