I'm stayin positive and rollin with the punches but it's very frustrating because it's all out of my control and I have to wait on everyone else.

Yesterday (Father's Day), I spent most of the day alone with Eva-Mae, Melinda (my wife) had to work.

Mel called to wish me a Happy Father's Day and asked to talk to Eva-Mae.
She told her to wish me a "Happy Daddy Day" and to give me a big kiss and hug, which Eva-Mae hurried to do.

That was at about 9AM and was nice but the real special part happened around 2PM.

Todd and Alice got a call late last night. Todd's ex-wife Pam called to say her grandfather is in the hospital up in Williams dyin. So after church today Todd, Alice and my nephew Greg are driving up to Williams.

If one more thing happens I'm unpacking and stayin put.

crap guys - I just rode home from the riverboats and I am COLD....

the wind about chilled me tonight.. when I left the house it was 85 degrees - but when the sun went down it dropped quick.


as far as work goes - I ran down to Nashville and back home today (600 miles).

prtty uneventful except for the RV wreck on I-65 up by E-town...
