It's been a while since I posted because I really didn't have anything new to say. Plus I have been preoccupied with something else I have gotten involved in. But my wife tells me to shut up about it; so I won't talk about the Texas Nationalist Movement here.
So cool stuff. Well, by my last post you know I had a lil bit of a layover in Round Rock and got to see the new Spiderman movie. Recently I saw a car fire; so that was cool. For me anyway. I bet it sucked for the car owner....

It was nice to score a couple days off. Even got to see my first born off to her first prom. Before that, I checked in on the truck to see if they had dispatched my work assignment. All I had was an email telling me to call in for a three way service chat (just some BS read off a script for EVERY single one of these loads.)
I replied I did not yet have an assignment to go
I dunno what to think. The "Dedicated" run I was offered was understood to be a trial to see how this new run would work out, but getting everyone on the same page is a great task indeed when you have so many hands on one project.
A company as large as Schneider appears to have far too many people with power to make assignments and changes. Right Hand? Meet Left Hand. Yall shake and get to know each other. Work on your communication skills and let each other know what's going
I'm not all that smart a guy, I know. So I'm having some real difficulty understanding something. Maybe one of y'all can throw me a bone here.
So Monday around 15:30 I'm getting ready to throw some meat on the grill and have steak before I hit the road. My DBL calls and asks where I'm at.
That kinda caught me off guard because I've never covered the satellite on my truck, it can still be tracked. Doesn't he know the truck is sitting right where I parked it at 01:30 Saturday?
