Something happen in life for a reason, and I am pure believer in that. I gave up my best friend, my cat, to go to US Xpress Enterprises and ended up getting sent home. I went out with a O/O two times before I realized maybe truck driving is not for me. Maybe I got into it two early. Maybe the O/O was not the right trainer for me. I honestly believe he was not.

For now I am going concentrate on saving money. I still am on the Swift orientation list and may attend. I had a over the phone ...

Ok, Sorry for taking so long. I finally have my DOT physical. My DOT physical is good for two years. So, my next move is to let my friend teach me how to drive after he goes out and makes bookoo bucks.

I passed my combination test today and found out I will be getting a hotel room for my training. So I have passed my air brakes test and combination test. All that is left is general knowledge test. I am anxious to learn as much as I can but I want to do it the right way.

Well not many companies are taking newbies in FL. FFE, Star Transport, Trans Am, and others said no. A couple of others said yes but it will take a couple of months.

Well it is sunday night and tomorrow the beginning of my journey to world of truck driving begins. I am calling Swift, Trans Am,
Convenant, Sygma, Pemberton, Conway truckload, Transport america and Central to find out if they hiring newbies from FL. I am also calling the DMV to schedule my permit testing for tues or wed.
