First of all wannabe trucker...learn to spell words correctly...and second an average length of time with a trainer with any company...soley depends on that individual and the trainning of the 1st time driver...so if u have the want and the desire and the will to be the best driver u can be and its in ur blood and u have the drive to do what it takes to be the best out there...u will do fine and as for as if P.A.M. transport being a good company...all companies have their good points and bad points so its up to u to decide what ur looking for in a company and if that company has what u need...im just sayin'
