    hampster,,thank you for the info, but looking for a company that sends solos west not just to texas. west to me is including, but not limited to all western states west of the colorado pecos and mississippi river. oh lets us not forget the great red river and the columbia river gorge

    heck aint seen a beach in person in years,,,since hurricane rita took my home in south louisiana....but yea i do miss the companies that would actually run ya east to west.. never could find those with out running for unrated smaller companies or oversize haulers...the refer runners dont seem to get past the mighty miss anymore. unless you stick with that company more than 5 yrs straight. i thank you for your post...and be safe.

    You sure had some bad luck. Hope things are better for you now. I am off the road for now, selling cars. I miss it, and was thinking about maybe going back pulling reefer, if I can find a good partner. I love the long haul.. East coast to west coast. I live in NC now and love the beach here.
