The Judge said Duncan and Son Lines have no evidence to terminate me.

I was wrongfully terminated. The safety director and another employee made false accusations. The case went before an Administrative Law Judge which ruled that Duncan and Son Lines do not have any evidence to terminate me. (emphasis added) So does anybody have any suggestions on how to get the DAC report to show Wrongful Termination instead of Company Policy Violation? And what should I do with the defamation of character? Has anyone gone through this process?

    Duncan and Son Lines Wrongfully Terminated me. The Administrative Law Judge ruled that they have no evidence to support their allegations. The Safety Director and another employee made false statements leading to my termination. Does anyone have any advice on how to get the DAC report to reflect the wrongful termination. And how should I proceed with the defamation of character? Has anyone else had to go through these proceedings?
