Starting pay varies. I went through their school so I was paid less. Training you get 50 dollars a day. For you first three months I think you will get .27 If you come in with your cdl. Insurance is 50 a week with 20% copay on regular doctor visits after you spend 1500 out of your own pocket.
are they on like a fuel network or is it cards? and do you know what their starting pay is? and anyhting about their insurance? thanks for the reply
for your first year you are going to get the same most places you go. USA is not bad as long as you fend for yourself. Keep good track of paperwork a receipts. Don,t let them push you around. Don't expect to get home much. They have a per diem plan. You take a 10cent cut and they pay you 8cents per mile per diem. I did not go for the plan. you have to pay for some of the cost of the pre pass. The equipment is in good shape. seemed to drastically improve since csa was implemented. You get a raise every three months. Remember! Despite all the glory that was advertised to get you to go to School, this is a job there will be no thanks for your services. Just keep rolling get some experience and decide what you want out of a company after you get that first year in. keep your nose clean and the good companies who require a year experience will be happy you apply.(I hope)
