Last Thursday I suffered my first breakdown. I lost my rear drive shaft near Temple, TX. Monday they rented me a car and sent me to Carlisle, PA to recover another truck. They said the driver was flown to a Dallas hospital. The truck is three months old, Cascadia. I don't like it. My DBL told me to expect to have a newer truck when I get back. Yay, now I can go slow like a real Schneider driver.

It's been a while since I posted because I really didn't have anything new to say. Plus I have been preoccupied with something else I have gotten involved in. But my wife tells me to shut up about it; so I won't talk about the Texas Nationalist Movement here.

Been making pretty good work this week. Zero time on the phone with support shift. Prompt loads. It's been ok.

I have now sent two different messages pointing out that I expect to be home this weekend and two messages informing of needing a later appointment time for the drop I had earlier. Both ignored.

Since my load was just a drop, guess that was good enough for the girl I go with so they didn't see a need to tell me anything. Even if it was just a drop, they showed an appointment time.
