We all pick up some funny or scary stories from time to time. So here's some I picked up recently.

• At the O.C. a couple drivers were talking about tires. Once commented he recently had fairly new tires all around, less than 25K miles. He picked up a nail in one.

The tech replaced it with a tire that was nearly out of tread. He had to hit em up a a tire that would closely resemble the tread on the remaining tires.

I have the Pandora Radio app on my phone. Occasionally I'll hook it to the radio and enjoy. I listened to some comedy. It was kinda funny, but pretty filthy.

So I searched for "clean comedy." One came up with "Christian comics." I thought, ok, I can do that. Didn't take long to figure out they lied. Almost as bad.

I searched for Mitch Hedberg. I get a kick out of him. Pandora posts an "Explicit Language" warning. Thanks guys, NOW you tell ...

This morning I dropped my first long haul load at a Target DC in S.C. I made pretty good time. Yesterday I managed 621 miles. Friend of mine said, "That impresses the hell out of me for you to be able to get that in a Schneider rig."
Well, I had easy going traffic, few construction zones and only stopped once for about 20 mins.
