Literally. I finally got two loads. I go in for some coffee before leaving. They're out, so I wait for more. Then I hit the road knowing I've got just enough time left on my clock for P/U, depending on how long it takes them to load me. Then wonder if I can find a parking spot for the night. As I pull onto the road I notice my clock says "11 hours to drive." Huh? Apparently I sat "off duty" for ten hours and four minutes. The time it took me to wait on that coffee ...
Remember the movie "Jaws"? On the boat, the shark hunters had their bonding moment and sang "Show me the way to go home. I'm tired and I wanna go to bed. I had a drink about an hour ago and it went straight to my head." I get up this morning hoping to see an assignment. Nay. Nay. So I finish up and leave heading to the T-n-A. Miss the turn. Apparently they feel that if you miss the turn then you have to pay a stupid tax and buy even more fuel. Next turn around, ...

Everything is messed up again. When can I be here and there? He puts me on hold a few minutes. Comes back a moment later and says he's gonna update this ...
What a fun day. Last night they sent me an assignment that picks up at 1300 today; go the the OC in Indianapolis for an MT. So I shagged on over to the OC so I could start the day with fresh set of hours. I wake up at 11:30 and get moving...sorta. The lot for MTs was loaded with trailers that were all locked out. Apparently I wasn't the only driver having this issue. One guy went into the OC and asked for a trailer. They gave him a number that wasn't here. *sigh* ...
I made my final delivery Friday night. DBL had told me he was taking me off duty until Monday so support wouldn't put a load on me until after he got me transitioned into WorkFlow. Saturday, shortly after noon he had me updated. He gave me a call to let me know it was complete and asked what my hours left looked like. Then he stopped himself and asked, "Wait. Are you going home?" I said, "I... uhhh.. .YES!" He said, "Cool. Go home. ...
