Seems that the reserve tank isn't supplying to the main tank and if there is space in the reserve tank then the fuel from the main tank is going over into it.  So now we have a reserve tank that is full of fuel but the truck can't use it because it won't go into the main tank...Any suggestions?</blockquote>
