Well after three what seems to have been long weeks of training, I finally passed Skyway Trucking School pre test. I think it's pretty cool they act as DMV instructors, and have you go through the exact steps that you'll experience come The Real Test. I feel real comfortable with the pre-trip, and air brake test. However I'm a bit shaky on alley docking. Here in California you get a total of five pull-ups. I try so hard to put a hole in one that l get frustrated and end up being off track. Two maybe three pull-ups will do the job for me because l know how to fix it very good. Straight line backing, and parallel parking is no problem for me at all, so no worries on that. The truck we're testing in is an 10 speed H gear format. I love 2 shift gears, and I'm pretty good at it being that a 92 Honda Civic stick shift was my very first car. My problem with this is getting that #### stick into 7th gear. I always go to far right and end up in 9th, then my tractor gets that hard vibration feeling.

Practice and more practice will pay off this weekend being that my neighbor who I thank in this blog lets me practice on his PeterB.

Well I still want to freshen up on my air brake test so i'll end it with this. I'm going to cut out before 130 tonight.....
