What I have been doing Posted 11.23.2008 at 04.16 PM by Teaforone As I stated in my last blog post, I have been trying to get back into trucking after a 2 and a half year hiatus. So, far the companies that I have called have said that I need to have experience. When I inquired if they could just put me with a trainer again I got the answer that I have been out of trucking too long for that. I guess it will be interesting to post just how I am going about getting back into the truck driving world. Some background now: I went to truck driving school in Smithfield, NC in May of 2005. I was 20 and had always enjoyed driving. My uncle had drove big trucks for many years and my father encouraged me to do the same.
