been off the road 3yr Posted 05.28.2009 at 06.09 PM by Louise I have work for two seasonen at a local LLC in Nampa, ID, hauling beets for sugar plant. We haul 24/7, 12 hour shift. Was laid off this May 13, 09. The load 109,500 to 135,000 in bellybumps, tractor are day cabs. In Jan. we can still work for transystems if we goto North Dakata for the winter month. Man is cold in the winter at -30. I start driving 04, had some accidents with covnant truck tire, at not funny any more. I wounld like to go back on the road. Louise Bobtail Member

Postpartum depression Posted 05.27.2009 at 01.27 PM by Frenzy I drove from Sumner to Medford on Memorial Day. Nice weather, sunny, about 70, light winds. I had a normal sized load (for me), about 11K. Almost no truck traffic, but a lot of RV's. The last time I saw so many RV's out was about 2 summers ago, before the price of fuel got out of hand. I survived hysteroscopic myomectomy :) Posted 05.27.2009 at 03.20 AM by GAPrincess Howdy y'all, I had my surgery Tuesday morning and I guess it went well. Nobody spoke to me about it in recovery which I thought odd...then again the whole day was odd. Aside from my 78 yr. old mom falling in the waiting area and ending up with a quarter sized, goose egg over her right eyebrow all went well. Working the dock, Posted 05.26.2009 at 08.48 PM by SKIPDOG Well here I am back in Nj waiting for YRC to lay me off . I got a dock bid for now, they downsized , knocking me off the road . Still actively looking for work in Tucson. HDS is the only think happening there! But I am still looking.. Having a Yard sale this weekend at home. I can't sleep! Posted 05.25.2009 at 04.34 AM by GAPrincess I turned off the TV, the PC, and listened to the house settle for an hour. Deleted 22 text messages from the inbox on my cell phone. Then I got up and got some lemonade. Turned on Comedy Central, watched a 1998 David Spade stand up routine until he started to look cute. Felt pathetic for perving over David Spade who is totally not my type. Called Tex, but his phone was off. He can sleep anywhere, anytime. Turned off TV, tried zen breathing, and thinking of happy ... My Uncle owns a trucking company, my other uncle drives and my grandpa has been driving for over 50 years.
