A few companies getting smart with work rotation...ect 12 on 7 off ect ect...

I notice a few of the smarter companies with higher retintion rates are writing up more flexible duty times for drivers...

Here's what often happens...you need a job you need a job...oh who will hire me?!

A company hires you...they tell you you have to stay out 2-3 weeks at a time...your so broke at the time that you don't care...you just want MONEY.....

Well after a while 2-4 months...once...

Living in the land of the free

So here i am, living in California and about to become a trucker again.

A little history is appropriate here i believe.

I am 40, am from Ireland and married to Suzanne whom i have known for about 18 years now. We only got married last year so i guess i played it slowly, seriously though we lost touch and then found each other again.

I had a great career in Ireland as an outdoor education instructor, which in Ireland pays very well and is seasonal, so...
