If you are thinking about it, understand this, you will be given a dispatcher for the first thirty days, and you will be given the miles first!!! This is so you can not cancel the contract before the thirty days is up. Miles are very poor, communication with Central is even worse!! Good bye construction, hello truckin Posted 09.02.2009 at 05.51 PM by liteguy after 25 years of bustin my a-- I'm to the point that I must walk away. It's a young mans game, wages have fallen off, as well as work. I was fortunate to make it this long. I have saved up enough money to start this new career, and fully expect to earn my way up the ladder, I'm old school!! I live in Boise and am limited to a few school and co's to work for.
