Posted 10.04.2009 at 03.05 PM by packerfan11
There seems to be many many many discussions on who or who not is a "professional" driver or a "steering wheel holder". So that being said, let me express my own personal opinion and or view on the matter, since I am a rookie with only about 18 years experience. I have heard many older, more experienced drivers complain about the way trucking has become and gripe, moan, and pitch a fit about the younger less experienced drivers....companies...truckstops...you name it. The Judge finds that Duncan and Son Lines have no evidence to terminate me.

Posted 10.11.2009 at 01.00 PM by usedandabused
Duncan and Son Lines Wrongfully Terminated me. The Administrative Law Judge ruled that they have no evidence to support their allegations. The Safety Director and another employee made false statements leading to my termination. Does anyone have any advice on how to get the DAC report to reflect the wrongful termination. And how should I proceed with the defamation of character? Has anyone else had to go through these proceedings?
