| | Unfortunately, I know for a fact that most large companies will not hire him with a prison/jail record. Unfortunately, this is the law. However, I tell my students that have similar troubles. To go find them a small mom & pops trucking company. One that will take a chance on this young man. Other than that...answer will always be no in the eyes of the bigger companies. Sorry for the bad news. But it is the reality of the business. Good Luck |

| | i don't see a problem if it is not a fellony! also iv'e seen companies out ther that will hire with a fellony. your bigger companys wont hire! but most of them are a joke anyway! I agree with stp cowboy, find a mom and pop company that will give hime a chance! sometimes they are better anyway! I really wish the best for him and that everything works out! happy holidays!! |
