Rush Limbaugh denied NFL ownership...

Today on his show...he alluded that his denial was somewhere a denial of 'consertatism'...

I totally disagree...I don't think it was 'conservatism' that was being denied...for many of those who own the NFL are 'conservative'...the NFL is jokingly refered to as the No Fun League...by some players do to the tight rules...

No...conservatism is not what was denied...and shame on Rush for hiding behind 'conservatism' to hide his own past attitudes and remarks and slanderous statements...which to me don't represent conservatism...
(I actually would of voted for Sarah had she ran as an independant)
For istance...I bet if Sarah Palin or Goerge Bush or Dick Cheney had applied...I bet you 100% they would of been accepted...so conservatism is not the issue here...it's him...his past reckless hurtful remarks that are the issue.

1. The NFL is about making money...period...they are a business enterprise...and anything or anyone who might effect their bottum line probablly would not be considered...(that in itself is capitolism, Rushes followers should understand that)

2. People go to sporting events to escape politics, not to have it hit them in the face once they get there...politics is very divisive and very rarely has a resolution both sides can agree on...instead it creates life long divisions amongst people who would other wise get along.
The NFL doesnt need that kinda toxic fueding in their leaugue...it would only serve as a distraction which again would effect the bottom line..(capitolism)...

3. Recently Rush Limbaugh was cheering the fact that our Presidents bid for the Olympics in Chicago, failed...Rush and his listeners were estatic and joyful that America was the first country eliminated from the pool...

And now Rush and his group have been the first eliminated from their NFL bid...charma??

4. To me Rush Limbaughs show doesn't represent 'conservitave values'...being rude, mean, slandering peoples characters, calling the President a 'fool' 'morron' and worse...do not represent 'conservitave' values...rather it represents 'show biz'...his show represents a 'ratings blitz' designed to get as many listeners as possible through 'shock and awh'.

And finally, personally I'm glad his bid failed...I've listened to the guy for years...every since a senior plumber I worked for, years ago in Seattle, WA, listened to him...

I don't like his tactics or style...nor do I think he's a patriot...I think he's a selfish cry baby who's only patriotic when he gets his way...and only for democaracy when his party wins...but if his party doesnt win, he spends all his time ripping and tearing the country apart and dividing people to the point where irriversable damage is done...

The NFL is a private business group...and they simply made a decision that would protect their bottom line...that's capitolism at it's best...Rush should understand.
